Safety of Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors Prior to Liver Transplantation in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Alimentary Pharmacology &Therapeutics, Volume 63, Issue 10, Page 1369-1379, May 2026.Patients who received immune checkpoint inhibitors before liver transplant for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma had rejection and survival outcomes comparable to those without ICI exposure. Most rejection episodes were effectively managed with medical therapy.
