ABSTRACT The Bar‐tailed Lark Ammomanes cinctura is a polytypic bird species with a wide distribution. A high‐speed, multi‐color light‐sheet microscope, named quad‐SPIM, enables rapid three dimensional (3D) imaging of large cleared human brain samples with simultaneous four‐channel acquisition. This custom‐built system achieves subcellular resolution across centimeter‐scale volumes, maintaining high image quality.
