Development of immunocompetent models for primary and metastatic ER+ breast cancer
This study explores syngeneic, immunocompetent models of ER+ breast cancer in 129S6/SvEv mice, using trackable tumor cells to model both primary tumors and metastasis. The models show promise, while also revealing limitations for studying advanced disease and immune interactions.

This study investigated postoperative complications after surgery for medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) in Europe. Hypoparathyroidism, recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy and bleeding requiring reoperation occurred in 170 (26·2 per cent), 62 (13·7 per cent) and 17 (2·6 per cent) patients respectively.

This paper documents and decomposes the test score gap between Roma and non-Roma 8th graders in Hungary in 2006. Our data connect national standardized test scores to an individual panel survey with detailed data on ethnicity and family background.
