Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.A nanopore composed of transmembrane peptides and a DNA scaffold that assists peptide assembly was constructed. By employing peptides containing the unnatural amino acid 2‐aminoisobutyric acid (Aib), which promotes loose packing between helices, a large‐diameter nanopore was achieved.
