The aim of this paper was to estimate the correlation coefficients between 6 characteristics, using 26 males from Romanian Mioritic Shepherd Dog breed. The animals were registered with the Romanian Mioritic Association Club from Romania.

Direct interactions between livestock guarding dogs and wildlife in a transhumance grazing system
This study explores the interactions between livestock guarding dogs (LGDs) and wildlife in Romania's southern Carpathian Mountains, revealing that while LGDs sometimes chase or kill wildlife, such instances are infrequent. Most wildlife remains found in LGD scats were insects, with only 9% of scats containing vertebrate wildlife remains.
