Early Detection of Lower Adherence to Long‐Term e‐Diary Recording: A Checkpoint to Target Early Educational Intervention in Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis?

Adherence to e‐Diary reporting was investigated in a blended care setting among pollen allergic patients with heterogeneous cultural backgrounds. A stable ‘higher’ and a more variable ‘lower’ adherence cluster were identified. Early identification of lower adherence is possible and might inform early interventions to improve patient adherence. Prevalence and Spectrum of Congenital Heart Disease in Individuals With Distal Chromosome 22q11.22–23 Deletions

The frequency and severity of congenital heart disease vary extensively in individuals with 22q11.22–23 distal deletions. Reduced gene dosage particularly within the low copy repeat (LCR22) D–E region including MAPK1 and HIC2 conveys risk for these defects.
