Coixenolide Enhances Antitumor Immunity of Cytotoxic CD8+ T Cells by Inhibiting S100A8/A9‐CD36 Axis in Obesity‐Associated Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) remains highly lethal with limited treatment options. This study demonstrates that coixenolide, a bioactive compound from Coix lacryma‐jobi L. and a key component of the clinically approved Kanglaite injection, exhibits enhanced antitumor efficacy in high‐fat diet (HFD)‐induced obese mice bearing PAAD tumors compared to

Number of root canals, their shape, configuration, accessory root canals in radicular pulp morphology. A preliminary study.

open access: yesJournal of the Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, 2003
Dental Pulp is a soft gelatinous, living cellular tissue of ectomesenchymal origin having various functions, residing within bilayered hard mineralized structures like enamel, dentin and cementum. Hertwigs epithelial root sheath initiates the formation of size, shape and number of radicular pulp.

A Rare Root Canal Configuration of Maxillary Canine: A Case Report

open access: yesJournal of Universal College of Medical Sciences, 2018
To report a case of endodontic treatment of a maxillary canine in which an extra canal was located and successfully treated. Endodontic therapy is essentially a micro neurologic surgical procedure involving complete debridement and three dimensional obturation of the root canal system to obtain a fluid impervious seal.

Physics‐Aware Machine‐Learning‐Driven Inverse Design of Broadband Ultra‐Open Acoustic Metamaterials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A physics‐aware machine‐learning framework enables inverse design of ultra‐open acoustic silencers by decoupling spectral and radial design spaces. The approach rapidly identifies broadband, compact, and highly ventilated architectures, while revealing hidden linear design rules that link geometry, impedance matching, and acoustic performance.

SemanticST: A Scalable Multi‐Contextual Graph Learning Framework for Uncovering Spatial Niches and Robust Multi‐Sample Integration in Spatial Transcriptomics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Technical limitations often let dominant signals overshadow rare cell types and fine‐grained heterogeneity in spatial transcriptomics. SemanticST, a graph neural network using multi‐semantic graph fusion and a novel min‐cut loss, recovers these subtle patterns.
