Three-dimensional assessment of maxillary first molar morphology in a South Indian population
Background: Root canal morphology often perceived as complex, can be effectively assessed using the cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). In endodontics, CBCT provides high-resolution three-dimensional visualization of root canal systems, enabling the ...

Introduction. Mandibular premolars have been reported with complex anatomical aberrations, making them one of the most difficult teeth to manage endodontically. Methodology. An exhaustive search was undertaken to identify associated anatomic studies of mandibular premolars through MEDLINE/PubMed database using keywords, and a systematic review of the ...

Ligand‐dependent transcriptional heterogeneity in cell cycle gene expression delays G1/S entry
EGF and HRG induce distinct G1/S progression programs in ErbB2‐amplified BT474 breast cancer cells. Despite activating the potent ErbB2–ErbB3 heterodimer, HRG does not accelerate cell‐cycle entry. Instead, EGF promotes earlier restriction‐point passage via ERK–FOS signaling, whereas HRG activates the AKT–MYC axis, driving transcriptional heterogeneity ...

Management of a permanent maxillary first molar with unusual crown and root anatomy: a case report [PDF]
The aim of this article was to showcase the endodontic management of a maxillary first molar with an unusual crown and root anatomy. Clinical diagnosis of the roots and root canal configuration was confirmed by a cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and ...

Tumour heterogeneity and clonal evolution of metastatic salivary gland cancer were evaluated in two patients with adenoid carcinoma and one patient with myoepithelial carcinoma. Radiology‐guided autopsy enabled multi‐region sampling (total samples n = 149), followed by whole‐genome sequencing and phylogenetic reconstruction (17 tumour samples, 4–7 per ...

Accurate and noninvasive prostate cancer detection using plasma‐derived extracellular vesicle RNA
Plasma extracellular vesicles were captured with WGA‐conjugated magnetic beads and profiled for RNA biomarkers. A three‐RNA panel (NM_024955, NR_047469, and NR_002564) distinguished prostate cancer from healthy controls and benign prostatic hyperplasia, supporting a simple, noninvasive approach to improve prostate cancer detection.

Endodontic Treatment of the Mandibular First Molar with Six Roots Canals – Two Case Reports and Literature Review [PDF]
The most common configuration of the mandibular first molar is the presence of two roots and three root canals. The objective of this work is to present two rare anatomic configurations with six root canals on two mandibular left first molars diagnosed ...

Chronobiology of Cancer: How Aging Fuels Oncogenesis at the Molecular Level
This graphical abstract illustrates the key biological pathways linking aging with cancer development and progression. In the upper left, cumulative exposure to ultraviolet radiation, toxins, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) causes DNA damage and genomic instability, whereas age‐related decline in repair mechanisms, such as ATM/ATR, BER, and NER ...

PENATALAKSANAAN GIGI PREMOLAR KEDUA MAKSILA DENGAN SALURAN AKAR VERTUCCI TIPE V - laporan Kasus
Background: The aim of the case report is to demonstrate the importance of knowing the root canals configuration in the maxillary second premolars. Maxillary second premolars usually have one root canal, however in several cases there is more than one ...
