Geometric Characterizations of Canal Hypersurfaces in Euclidean Spaces [PDF]
arXiv, 2021 In the present paper, firstly we obtain the general expression of canal hypersurfaces in Euclidean n-space and deal with canal hypersurfaces in Euclidean 4-space E4. We compute Gauss map, Gaussian curvature and mean curvature of canal hypersurfaces in E4 and obtain an important relation between the mean and Gaussian curvatures as 3Hrho = Krho^3-2.

HNF3α Targets Nckap1l and Promotes Renal Fibrosis Following Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 3 alpha (HNF3α) is significantly upregulated in renal tubular epithelial cells of CKD patients and fibrotic mice. Deletion of HNF3α mitigates IRI‐induced renal fibrosis, while overexpression worsens it. HNF3α directly regulates NCK‐associated protein 1‐like (Nckap1l), whose overexpression exacerbates fibrosis.
