Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

Root filling bond strength using reciprocating file-matched single-cones with different sealers
The aim of the present study was to evaluate the bond strength (BS) of root canal fillings to root dentin using the reciprocating file-matched single-cone or lateral compaction techniques with resin-based and calcium-silicate-based sealers.

Antimicrobial Efficacy of Medicated Root Canal Filling Materials
Bacteria remaining within the root canal system are a significant factor in endodontic failures. The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of commercially available gutta-percha formulations against common endodontic pathogens. Standard, tetracycline, or iodoform (also called medicated gutta-percha; MGP) containing gutta-

Resilon: A Comprehensive Literature Review
Bonding to dentin is a promising property, which can prevent leakage and improve the sealing ability of endodontic filling materials. Resilon was developed and recommended initially because the existing root canal filling materials did not bond to root

Comparison of endoflas and zinc oxide eugenol as root canal filling materials in primary dentition.
BACKGROUND Zinc oxide eugenol has long been the material of choice of pediatric dentists worldwide, although it fails to meet the ideal requirements of root canal filling material for primary teeth.
