Teeth with pulp canal obliteration leading to partial or complete occlusion of the root canal lumen can pose several technical challenges in location, negotiation and chemo-mechanical preparation. A guided endodontic technique can be an alternative approach to conventional methods.

The prognosis for endodontic treatment of obliterated root canals
