Effect of Golmus mosseae on various host to record shoot, root length and plant dry weight

open access: yesINTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF PLANT PROTECTION, 2016
Mycorrhizal fungi were species that intimately associate with plant roots forming a symbiotic relationship with the plants providing sugar for fungi and fungi providing nutrients such as phosphorus to the plants. Mycorrhizal fungi accumulate phosphate and transport large quantity of phosphate within their hyphae release to plant cell in root tissue ...

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.
