Phase Transition of Quartz and its Applications in Industrial Fields
The technical formula is SiO2 and it’s composed of two elements, silicon and oxygen, also named by silica. Quartz is a quite important rock-forming mineral, which is also commonly used in our daily life.

We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.

Real-time sensing of roses' aroma using an odor sensor of quartz crystal resonaotors
In order to detect plant aroma in a natural environment, we have investigated roses' aroma using an odor sensor of quartz crystal resonator (QCR).In present work, we describe experimental setup for real-time sensing of roses' aroma and feature extraction of roses' aroma sensed by QCR sensors.

Associating a red‐NIR phosphorescent octahedral hexanuclear molybdenum cluster compound with hexaethyleneoxide chains bearing mesogenic units on both ends leads to an emissive hybrid liquid crystal showing mesomorphism on a very unusual temperature range down to −25°C.

Laser‐Assisted Phase Engineering of 2D MoS2 for Efficient Solution‐Processed Electronics
Here, local laser‐assisted phase transition from solution‐processed phase‐pure 1T′ to 2H MoS2 is shown to critically depend on the irradiation atmosphere. While processing in air leads to damaged insulating regions, inert conditions yield semiconducting 2H domains, enabling direct field‐effect transistor patterning with optimized lateral 1T′‐2H MoS2 ...

ABSTRACT Accurately knowing the frontier orbital energies of the structurally disordered small‐molecule organic semiconductors that are used in optoelectronic devices such as organic light‐emitting diodes is required to rationally improve their performance. Here, we show that these energies can be deduced with a large accuracy from the peak energies of

In Situ Regenerative Adduct Assisted p‐Type Doping of Organic Semiconductor
An in situ regenerative adduct‐assisted (IRAA) doping strategy is introduced for p‐type doping of organic semiconductors. A regenerating adduct serves as the dopant, enabling highly efficient doping with a choice of counterions. The generality of this approach provides a scalable route to dope a wide range of hole‐transport materials with high thermal ...
