Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Self-mixing interferometry for rotational speed measurement of servo drives
, 2016 Self-mixing interferometry (SMI) is an efficient technique applied to measure distance, velocity, displacement, and vibration. In this work, a compact and low cost SMI is applied to measure the rotational speed of a servo drive up to 6000 RPM.
