State Estimation for International Space Station Centrifuge Rotor

This paper describes the design of a state estimator to generate absolute centrifuge rotor state information from relative measurements, between the rotor and the International Space Station structure, in the absence of disturba nce input knowledge. A Kalman filter is designed for a plant model augmented with internal disturbance states.
