A YANG Data Model for the Routing Information Protocol (RIP)
2020This document describes a data model for the management of the Routing Information Protocol (RIP). Both RIP version 2 and RIPng are covered. The data model includes definitions for configuration, operational state, and Remote Procedure Calls (RPCs). The YANG model in this document conforms to the Network Management Datastore Architecture (NMDA).

A vector-based improved geographic information routing protocol
2017 7th IEEE International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC), 2017With the popularization and increase of vehicles, the development of VANETs (Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks) has been promoted. GPSR (greedy perimeter stateless routing) is a geographic information routing protocol applied to vehicular ad-hoc networks. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional GPSR routing protocol and proposes an improved ...

The Implementation of Routing Information Protocol Porting to the Switching System
2015 Seventh International Conference on Measuring Technology and Mechatronics Automation, 2015In this paper, according to the principle and timing diagram of Routing Information Protocol, the routing information update function is ported to the switching system. The RIP function module is divided into five sub-modules, and the most important sub-module is command parser.

An on demand routing protocol AODV with end to end reliability and backward route information
2014 9th International Conference on Industrial and Information Systems (ICIIS), 2014AODV protocol is a comparatively more popular on demand routing protocol in mobile ad hoc networks. However, reliability in terms of data communication is not much satisfactory in traditional AODV. This paper presents an AODV with end to end reliability (AODV-EER).

Evaluation study on routing information protocol and dynamic source routing in Ad-Hoc network
2011 7th International Conference on Information Technology in Asia, 2011In the recent years, the Ad-Hoc networks have been the focus of many researches especially in the routing protocols which include Proactive and Reactive routing. The strategy of forwarding the data packets from the source to the destination is the ultimate goal of routing protocols.

Spatially Disjoint Multipath Routing protocol without location information
2008 33rd IEEE Conference on Local Computer Networks (LCN), 2008Multipath routing permits the discovery and use of multiple paths between a source and a destination. We develop a distributed on-demand multipath routing protocol for MANETs capable of finding spatially disjoint paths without location information. The use of spatially disjoint routes in multipath routing is important due to the non-interfering nature ...

A Connection Information Aided Routing Protocol in Delay Tolerant Network
Advanced Science and Technology Letters, 2016Due to its characteristics such as long communication delay, high dynamic topology, sparse distribution of nodes and frequent link break, routing are the key research issues of delay tolerant networks. Prophet algorithm forwards the packets to the node with maximum probability of successful delivery by recording history information of nodes encounter ...

Safety information routing protocol in Vehicular Ad hoc Networks
2015 2nd International Conference on Electronics and Communication Systems (ICECS), 2015Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANETs) is one of the promising approaches to provide road safety and to improve Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). Due to unpredictable vehicle mobility and density, routing is a challenging issue in vehicular Ad hoc Networks. Especially safety information requires efficient mechanism for proper delivery of data to the
