Worldwide, more than one in 10 children or adolescents is diagnosed with a mental disorder. Cash transfer programs, which aim to reduce poverty and improve life outcomes by providing direct cash assistance to families and incentivizing or enabling spending on education, health service use, dietary diversity and savings, have been shown to improve the ...

Proliferation of the term “emotion dysregulation” in child psychopathology parallels the growing interest in processes that influence negative emotional reactivity. Background Children and young people's mental health is an area of concern worldwide. In the face of barriers such as long waits to access evidence‐based treatment, perceived stigma, and a desire to tackle challenges independently, self‐administered single‐session interventions (SSIs) have arisen as one potential solution.

ABSTRACT Gryllodes sigillatus is an increasingly important species in edible insect production, yet the optimal rearing density for this species under commercial conditions remains poorly defined. This study evaluated the effects of five rearing densities (1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 mL of newly hatched nymphs, corresponding to approximately 0.144–0.385 ...

Northern cod (Gadus morhua) movement: insights from acoustic telemetry and genomics
Abstract Knowledge of the timing and diversity of fish movements within a commercially exploited stock complex is required to ensure the sustainability of fisheries. Although migration can be driven by environmental factors, genomic mechanisms also play an important role in this complex life‐history trait. The northern cod (Gadus morhua) stock complex,

Does ulnar curvature covary with locomotion and substrate use in cercopithecids?
This study investigates ulnar curvature in cercopithecids in relation to locomotor behaviors, introducing an analysis of anteroposterior and mediolateral curvature, using geometric morphometric on 167 specimens (23 species). Although the two curvatures distinguish arboreal and terrestrial quadrupeds, their moderate covariation suggests that they ...

A three‐dimensional model is used to analyze the locomotor biomechanics of the large Late Triassic archosaurian reptile Postosuchus kirkpatricki. The study finds that it is more uncertain than previously concluded whether it was quadrupedal or bipedal, and plantigrade or digitigrade, but it clearly had locomotor specializations including large hindlimb

Why Have CEO Pay Levels Become Less Diverse?
ABSTRACT This paper documents a new stylized fact: the cross‐sectional variation in CEO pay levels has declined precipitously in recent years. We offer one explanation for this decline, namely, firms are increasingly benchmarking CEO compensation to industry peers closest in size, thereby creating pay clusters.
