A water‐deficient ternary eutectic electrolyte employs weakly coordinating solvents to decouple strong solvation interactions, constructing a loose and dynamic solvation network. This optimized solvation structure accelerates Zn2+ transport and interfacial kinetics, promotes robust SEI formation, and ultimately enables highly stable and reversible Zn ...

A new class of lysosome‐directed molecular glue degraders selectively enhance CAPRIN1–APP interactions, driving APP degradation and reducing amyloid‐β production in human neurons and Alzheimer's disease mouse models. This CAPRIN1‐dependent targeted protein degradation strategy reveals a previously unrecognized therapeutic approach for disrupting the ...

Development of 2D and 3D QSAR models of pyrazole derivatives as acetylcholine esterase inhibitors [PDF]
The drugs that are the most useful in all stages of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) are acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitors. The objectives of this work are to generate various QSAR models for such drugs and to select a robust predictive models from the ...

Nascent Extracellular Matrix Converts Biomaterial Cues into Cell Fate Decisions
This study uncovers a tri‐directional interplay among cells, hydrogels, and their nascent extracellular matrix. Hydrogel norbornene modification alters CD44‐mediated cell–hydrogel interactions, which shape nascent matrix deposition, composition, and spatial organization.

Immune Biomarkers of Islet Transplant Rejection Revealed by Synthetic Immunological Niche
A subcutaneous synthetic immunological niche (IN) enables serial, minimally invasive monitoring of immune responses after islet transplantation. Flow cytometry and transcriptomic profiling of the IN reveal immune‐cell programs associated with graft acceptance and distinct types of rejection.

RCI is associated with functional suppression of oxytocinergic neurons in the PVN. Reduced PVNOXT neuronal activity contributes to altered sympathetic regulation involving the IML–sympathetic chain pathway, accompanied by changes in norepinephrine signaling at the BTI.

A compact passive engineered surface converts changes in microwave frequency into many distinct illumination patterns, allowing nearby objects to be imaged without mechanical scanning, active tuning, or a large antenna array. Operating from 18 to 28 GHz, the single‐port system uses measured field patterns to reconstruct metallic targets and distinguish

Coacervate Droplet Sequestration of Heterogeneous Nanoplastics With Elastin‐Like Polypeptides
Phase‐separated polypeptide droplets captured incidental nanoplastics as a reusable nanoplastic sink. The engineered droplets selectively partitioned nanoplastics and exhibited unique interactions depending on droplet type and nanoplastic identity, establishing biopolymer coacervates as a potential platform for nanoplastic characterization and removal.
