2009The topic of my work is the separation of a matrimony, its influence over property relations and common relationships in the family. I will analyse a real case of a divorcing couple with two children and I will apply appropriate laws to variou situations. Every application of law compares the real status with the theory based on the law.

The number of divorces in our society is growing constantly. Children who have had to experience their parents divorce generally feel that situation as extremely frustrating. They loose the safety of the harbor of home, the security of contact with the parents to whom they could always turn in the hour of need.
