The compiled catalogues of radio source positions RSC(GAOUA)91 C 02, RSC(GAOUA) 93 C 02, and RSC(GAOUA)94 C 02 were prepared by the arc length method. The reference frames defined by these catalogues are aligned with the International Celestial Reference Frame (ICRF). The results of comparison of these catalogues with ICRF are given.
