Targeting LFP material containing NCM, Cu, and Al, lithium was selectively leached using an HNO3‐H2O2 system. Under the optima conditions predicted by the RSM method, Li and Fe leaching efficiency were 99.5% and 0.74%, respectively, achieving lithium leaching and effective separation of Li and Fe.

A Physics Space and Deterministic Modeling of Battery Lifetimes
ABSTRACT This paper uses a case study involving sixteen electric batteries to introduce a novel, new approach for analyzing the results from a well‐planned experimental design, in this case a split‐plot with no replicates. This particular study collected information on several “ancillary” variables throughout the discharge cycle for each battery.

Lifespan Trajectories of Asymmetry in White Matter Tracts
(A) Large‐scale lifespan modeling of white matter asymmetry. Diffusion MRI data from 35,000+ individuals (0‐100 years) across 50 cohorts were used to generate normative lifespan trajectories of white matter asymmetry. Thirty bilateral tracts were segmented, and microstructural (FA, MD, AD, RD) and macrostructural (volume, length) features were ...

Bi‐Directional Recurrent Attentional Topic Model Using Flexible Priors
ABSTRACT This article presents extensions to the Bi‐Directional Recurrent Attentional Topic Model (bi‐RATM) framework, a Dirichlet‐based model used in text document analysis. The allocation of topics to a sentence in a document is determined by its content as well as the topics of its neighboring sentences, and the weighting is typically variable. Many

Temperature‐driven structural evolution of biocokes derived from biomass pyrolysis oil is systematically investigated. Catalytic graphitization of biocoke produces highly crystalline biographite anodes for lithium‐ion batteries. A delayed coking step enables coproduction of biographite and sustainable aviation fuels, without compromising crystallinity ...

Colossal Cryogenic Electro‐Optic Response Through Metastability in Strained BaTiO3 Thin Films
Utilizing the thermodynamic theory of optical properties, a colossal cryogenic electro‐optic response in BaTiO3 thin films is designed and demonstrated by stabilizing a low symmetry metastable monoclinic phase via epitaxial strain tuning with an electro‐optic response reaching ≈2516 pm V−1 at 5 K. This approach represents a new paradigm for engineering
