Discovery and Characterization of Unusual O-Linked Glycosylation of IgG4 Antibody Using LC-MS. [PDF]

open access: yesRapid Commun Mass Spectrom
ABSTRACT Background Consensus is that immunoglobulin IgG4 contains only N‐linked glycosylation. The analysis of several batches of commercial biopharmaceutical product Dupixent using top‐down intact mass spectrometry revealed that this IgG4 features a small amount of O‐linked glycosylation in the Fab region.

Antigen presentation of post-translationally modified peptides in major histocompatibility complexes. [PDF]

open access: yesImmunol Cell Biol
T cells recognize pathogens and malignantly transformed cells through antigen presentation on major histocompatibility complex molecules. Post‐translational modifications (PTMs) of proteins can alter the peptides presented, influencing immune recognition and disease.

Using realist methods for intervention development to fill a methodological gap: A case study showing the development of an oral hygiene intervention for people with intellectual developmental disabilities

open access: yesCommunity Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology, Volume 51, Issue 6, Page 1130-1140, December 2023., 2023
Abstract Background Realist methods offer a novel approach to intervention design.
