Development and Evaluation of Near‐Real Time TEC and Ancillary Products for SANSA Space Weather

open access: yesSpace Weather, Volume 20, Issue 5, May 2022., 2022
Abstract In this paper, the second version of SANSA's Total Electron Content (TEC) maps is presented with its associated methodology and assumptions. The method is based on Ma and Maruyama (2003, https://doi.org/10.5194/angeo-21-2083-2003) determination of receiver bias and hence TEC for individual receivers.

Impact of insulation thicknesses of several types of thermal insulator on energy cost with respect to different climate zones in Morocco [PDF]

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2020
In Morocco the thermal insulation of buildings envelop was not a common practice until it becomes obligatory since 2015 to meet the requirements of the Moroccan construction thermal regulation (RTCM) depending on six climate zones.

A new approach for the mandatory application of the thermal regulation of construction (RTCM) in the future moroccan buildings [PDF]

open access: yesSN Applied Sciences, 2020
This study made it possible to retrace the major stages in the implementation of thermal regulations for buildings while placing them in their global and regional framework. This regulation, which was born following the crucial energy consumption experienced by the building sector and which has prompted countries to take regulatory steps to combat this

A Decentralized Processing Schema for Efficient and Robust Real-time Multi-GNSS Satellite Clock Estimation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Real-time multi-GNSS precise point positioning (PPP) requires the support of high-rate satellite clock corrections. Due to the large number of ambiguity parameters, it is difficult to update clocks at high frequency in real-time for a large reference ...

Postopek vzpostavitve in testiranja lastne referenčne GNSS-postaje ( = Process of setting up and testing our own GNSS reference station) [PDF]

open access: yesGeodetski Vestnik, 2015
In this paper, we describe the process of setting up a GNSS reference station. This is one option for capturing and managing spatial data in the local area. We demonstrate the method of mounting a reference station, as well as

Primary visual cortex as a saliency map: parameter-free prediction of behavior from V1 physiology

open access: yes, 2014
It has been hypothesized that neural activities in the primary visual cortex (V1) represent a saliency map of the visual field to exogenously guide attention. This hypothesis has so far provided only qualitative predictions and their confirmations.
