This cohort study examined whether GLP‐1 receptor agonist prescriptions are associated with alcohol use among NIH All of Us participants. Those with current GLP‐1RA prescriptions showed modestly lower AUDIT‐C scores compared to those with future prescriptions. GLP‐1RAs may reduce alcohol consumption by reducing drinking frequency.
