A design is presented of the Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating system to be used on the Rijnhuizen Tokamak Petula (RTP), which will be dedicated to plasma transport studies. The RTP‐ECRH facility will use three 60 GHz Varian gyrotrons. Each of the gyrotrons can deliver more than 200 kW of microwave power during pulses up to 100 ms.

Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) is a widely adopted standard for transmission of multimedia traffic in Internet telephony (commonly known as VoIP). Therefore, it is a hot potential target for imposters who can launch different types of Denial of Service (DoS) attacks to disrupt communication; resulting in not only substantive revenue loss to VoIP ...

Temperature uniformity in RTP furnaces
IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, 1990The heat transfer to a wafer in a RTP furnace is simulated by an analytical/numerical model. The model includes radiant heat transfer to the wafer from the lamps, the heat conduction within the wafer, and the emission of radiation from the wafer. Geometric optics are used to predict the radiant heat flux distribution over the wafer. The predicted wafer
