Temperature Measurement for Rtp

MRS Proceedings, 1993
ABSTRACTA non-contact temperature measurement technique based on diffraction-analysis monitoring of the thermal expansion of materials is discussed. Due to the need for noncontact temperature measurements during semiconductor processing, silicon was chosen for this demonstration.

Implementation of the RTP

2012
As a basic principle the CESAR RTP is a generic integration platform which focuses on a model driven development process for safety-critical embedded systems. The process of realizing and implementing a specific tool chain (RTP Instance) is defined as RTP Tailoring.

M-RTP : RTP Extensions to Support Mobile Networking

1997
In this paper, we identify limitations of the real-time protocol (RTP) regarding mobile networking and low-speed links and propose solutions to these problems. In particular, we propose schemes to limit the bandwidth used on the wireless link by RTP data messages and RTCP control messages.

Return to Play (RTP)

2019
The popularity of sports in all of its forms continues to steadily increase. We live in an age where sport became a business. Winning or losing has a tremendous impact; it is more than just pride but also an important financial and social aspect. Return-to-play decisions are often difficult and complex.

Low temperatures in RTP

10th IEEE International Conference of Advanced Thermal Processing of Semiconductors, 2003
Even though RTP was originally designed for temperatures from 700 to 1200/spl deg/C the processes with lower temperatures gain more and more importance. Steady state temperatures down to 300/spl deg/C makes temperature control from 200/spl deg/C necessary. This processes occur in silicon and in compound semiconductor production.

Algorithms for RTP

2013
In this chapter, we present algorithms for solving RTP. Solutions must adhere to all constraints described in the previous chapter. Since it is not obvious what kind of algorithmic strategy (i.e. what algorithm family) is most promising for solving RTP, we develop solutions across the full spectrum of algorithm engineering: our approaches range from ...

Protocols RTP/RTCP

2020
The protocol RTP is presented here as the protocol that supports the transport of real-time information over packet-oriented networks, the service that is becoming extremely important nowadays. Although the protocol RTP itself does not improve the quality of service offered to the higher layer, it allows the higher layer to do it; the mechanisms that ...

An modified RTP adaptive algorithm

2001 International Conferences on Info-Tech and Info-Net. Proceedings (Cat. No.01EX479), 2002
We present a variable additive increase adaptive algorithm, which utilizes RTP/RTCP as the protocol to collect QoS information. Compared with the constant additive algorithm, the flow enhanced by the variable increase algorithm is more stable. We also simulate the algorithm and analyze the results.

Virtual Metrology in RTP with WISR

2007 15th International Conference on Advanced Thermal Processing of Semiconductors, 2007
The Applied Materials RTP systems are unique in providing high resolution process data particularly lamp power and temperature as a function of radial position and time. This work explores how these data can be exploited to predict on-wafer process results using an SPC analysis package named WISR.

ENGINEERING ASPECTS OF RTP

1989
RTP (Rijnhuizen Tokamak Petula) is the refurbished Petula tokamak previously operated in Grenoble, France, from 1982 to 1986. This paper gives a description of the major modifications, some results of tests and the present status of the various RTP subsystems.
