Susceptibility of rubber trees toLoranthaceaein Gabon [PDF]
Abstract In Gabon, two major species of Loranthaceae, Phragmanthera capitata (Sprengel) Balle and Globimetula braunii (Engl.) Danser to a lesser extent, parasitize Hevea brasiliensis (Mull.) Arg. The behavior of different clones of rubber trees facing the Loranthaceae parasitism has been studied in the large industrial plantation of Mitzic and in three

Evolution of OLED Lamination Technology With Development of Display Form Factors
This review evaluates the evolution of organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) lamination technologies alongside advancing display form factors. It contrasts optically clear adhesives and resins, highlighting uniformity control for rigid screens, bubble‐free optimization for bended architectures, and visible‐light curing for foldable layers.

The secondary laticifer differentiation in rubber tree is induced by trichostatin A, an inhibitor of histone acetylation [PDF]
The secondary laticifer, a specific tissue in the secondary phloem of rubber tree, is differentiated from the vascular cambia. The number of the secondary laticifer in the trunk bark of rubber tree is positively correlated with rubber yield.

Often seen as an interior container plant, Rubber Tree has large, 5 to 12-inch-long, thick, glossy evergreen leaves, multiple trunks, and a spreading, irregular canopy. Able to reach 100 feet in height in its native habitat in the jungle but most often seen at about 25 to 40 feet in the landscape, Rubber Tree is useful as a screen, shade, patio, or ...

Collision‐Resilient Winged Drones Enabled by Tensegrity Structures
Based on structures of birds such as the woodpeck, this article presents the collision‐resilient aerial robot, SWIFT. SWIFT leverages tensegrity structures in the fuselage and wings which allow it to undergo large deformations in a crash, without sustaining damage. Experiments show that SWIFT can reduce impact forces by 70% over conventional structures.
