A Method of Conservative Management of Giant Omphalocele Useful in Preventing Rupture of Sac.

Omphalocele consists of congenital malformation of anterior abdominal wall defects occurring at the midline with herniation of the viscera through this defect. Giant omphaloceles constitute a challenging situation as such conservative management has been advocated as an effective method of treatment.
