Exposure‐Response Relationships for Axatilimab in Patients with Chronic Graft‐Versus‐Host Disease

Axatilimab, a high‐affinity humanized monoclonal antibody that targets colony‐stimulating factor 1 receptor, is approved for the treatment of chronic graft‐versus‐host disease (cGVHD). Here, we describe the exposure‐response relationships for efficacy and safety in patients with cGVHD who received axatilimab.

Fluorescent and Chemiluminescent Dyes with Aryl Phthalimide and Aryl Luminol Chromophores

A series of photo‐active phthalimides and luminols is prepared by an arylation method from a key precursor. Significant stereoelectronic correlation of the aromatic substituents with the photophysical properties is documented. A new arylated luminol derivative shows a more than three times higher ΦCL than the parent luminol.
