Abstract We report the discovery of the second (Al,Cu)‐alloy–bearing micrometeorite, FB‐A2, recovered from Mount Gariglione (southern Italy), representing the sixth such occurrence worldwide. Although chondritic in nature, FB‐A2 differs markedly from previously described microspherules.
