A research on the Russian language in the history of Turkish people
Journal of Global Social Sciences, 2021In the article, information is given about when foreign language education started in Turkish people. The primary, secondary and high school curricula of the Russian language are researched in tables. It was determined when and where the Russian language was first systematically taught in Turks. The reasons for teaching were researched.
