Analysis of the coaxiality–geometric hysteresis model of a rotate vector reducer based on Ansys Adams [PDF]

open access: yesMechanical Sciences, 2022
When a traditional performance test device, the rotate vector (RV) reducer, is loading and unloading the reducer tested or running in different torque ranges, the coaxiality error generated by the transmission system has an important impact on the ...

Rotate Vector Reducer Fault Diagnosis Model Based on EEMD-MPA-KELM

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2023
With the increase of service time, the rotation period of rotating machinery may become irregular, and the Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD)can effectively reflect its periodic state.

Review on vibration test and fault analysis of rv reducer

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2023
Abstract As the core component of industrial robot RV reducer, its health condition determines the life and accuracy of the robot. The main reason that restricts the long-term stable operation of industrial robots. This paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies from three aspects: state ...

Literature review of RV reducer test bed

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, 2019
Abstract The RV reducer test bench belongs to the mechanical transmission test bench. It is a test equipment for testing the comprehensive performance of the reducer. Various tests are carried out on the test bench to achieve the purpose of rationality of design and manufacture and performance evaluation of the tested RV reducer.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

EDNRB‐dependent endothelin signaling reduces proliferation and promotes proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition in gliomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Transmission Error Prediction of RV Reducer based on SSA-BP

open access: yes, 2022
There are many factors affecting the assembly quality of RV (Rotate Vector) reducer, and the assembly quality is unstable. In response to this situation, an optimized BP neural network quality prediction model based on the Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA ...

Interaction of HS1BP3 with cortactin modulates TKS5 localisation, cell secretion and cancer malignancy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Tooth root crack detection of planet gear in industrial robot RV reducer

open access: yesMeasurement + Control, 2023
The windowed synchronous averaging (WSA) is widely utilized for planetary structures. However, it cannot be applied for the fault detection of the planetary structure in the industrial robot rotate vector (RV) reducer.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...
