Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1998 目的: 观察 EB 病毒 BHRF1 反义寡核苷酸片段对鼻咽癌 SUNE-1 细胞株增殖的影响。方法: PCR、3H-TdR 的掺 入法及电泳等。结果: PCR 从 SUNE-1 细胞 DNA 中扩增出 EB 病毒的 4 种( BHRF1、DNA 酶、胸苷激酶及核抗原-1)全基因片 段; 适当浓度 BHRF1 反义寡核苷酸片段能引起无血清培养的 SUNE-1 细胞株增殖受抑制; 透射电镜及琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测 结果发现与 SUNE-1细胞发生凋亡有关 。结论: 适当浓度 BHRF1 ...
