Modeling and Reasoning over Distributed Systems using Aspect-Oriented Graph Grammars
Aspect-orientation is a relatively new paradigm that introduces abstractions to modularize the implementation of system-wide policies. It is based on a composition operation, called aspect weaving, that implicitly modifies a base system by performing ...

Lexically specific knowledge and individual differences in adult native speakers’ processing of the English passive [PDF]
This article provides experimental evidence for the role of lexically specific representations in the processing of passive sentences and considerable education-related differences in comprehension of the passive construction.

CoNb2O6 with 6 Li+/e⁻ reaction and high theoretical capacity density of 472 mA g−1, exhibited exceptional rate capability and cycling stability, which is attributed to dual Li+ solid diffusion mechanisms, namely direct‐hopping mechanism in LinCoNb2O6 (0 ≤ n ≤ 3) and knock‐off mechanism in LinCoNb2O6 (3 < n ≤ 6).

Constituent Coordination in Lexical-Functional Grammar
This paper outlines a theory of constituent coordination for Lexical-Functional Grammar. On this theory LFG's flat, unstructured sets are used as the functional representation of coordinate constructions.

The origin of variations in solid‐state battery cell performance is explored and traced back mainly to the cathode composite mixing – leading to different fractions of electrochemically active mass. Machine‐mixed composites and the quantification of the electrochemically active mass enhance reproducibility and comparability.

Information structure and referential givenness/newness: How much belongs in the grammar?
This paper is concerned with such concepts as topic, focus and cognitive status of discourse referents, which have been included under the label information structure (alternatively information status), as they are related in some sense to the ...

The automatic inversion of attribute grammars
Over the last decade there has developed an acute awareness of the need to introduce abstraction and mathematical rigor into the programming process. This increased formality allows for the automatic manipulation of software, increasing productivity and, even more importantly, the manageability of complex systems.
