Systemic Hormonal Contraceptive Use and Rhinitis Among Adult Women: An All of Us Database Analysis
Laryngoscope Investigative Otolaryngology, Volume 10, Issue 2, April 2025.Our study investigated the association between rhinitis, both allergic and nonallergic, and systemic hormonal contraceptive use among adult women aged 20–40 using a large national United States data set. We found that systemic hormonal contraceptive use was associated with allergic rhinitis but was not associated with nonallergic rhinitis.
