Nonlinear Associations Between Frailty and Medication Burden in Hospitalized Older Adults

Medication burden in hospitalized older adults—including total medications, potentially inappropriate medications, and anticholinergic burden—showed nonlinear associations with frailty, peaking at moderate frailty (CFS 5–6) before attenuating in advanced frailty.
