Non-bifurcatory Diairesis and Greek Music Theory: A resource for Plato in the Statesman? [PDF]
At 287c of the Statesman the Eleatic Visitor — or, more deeply, Plato — faces a daunting task. Because statesmanship has been shown to collaborate with “countless” other arts that share with it the work of “caring” for the city, to understand ...

Predicting Atomic Charges in MOFs by Topological Charge Equilibration
An atomic charge prediction method is presented that is able to accurately reproduce ab‐initio‐derived reference charges for a large number of metal–organic frameworks. Based on a topological charge equilibration scheme, static charges that fulfill overall neutrality are quickly generated.

Low temperature sacrificial wafer bonding for planarization after very deep etching
A new technique, at temperatures of 150°C or 450°C, that provides planarization after a very deep etching step in silicon is presented. Resist spinning and layer patterning as well as realization of bridges or cantilevers across deep holes becomes possible.
