We established a model of progressive pulmonary fibrosis via repeated intratracheal instillation (ITI) of leomycin (BLM) (A). Perivascular remodeling was observed in areas distant from the fibrotic areas and lesions induced by repeated ITI of BLM simulate those observed in IPF patients (B).
