Bu araştırmanın amacı, salep tozunun B. lactis, B. infantis, B. longum ve B. bifidum’u içeren bazı Bifidobacteriumtürleri üzerine bifidojenik etkisini araştırmaktır. Bifidobacterium türlerinin gelişmesi, 48 saatlik fermantasyonsüresince pH ve optik yoğunluk (OD) ölçülerek incelenmiştir.
