Understanding dyadic promoter-stakeholder relations in complex projects
In this study, we propose a Bilateral Double Motive framework of stakeholder cooperation in complex projects. The framework analyses and explains dyadic promoter-stakeholder relationships at a micro level by acknowledging both transactional and ...

Auditory neuroscience: the salience of looming sounds [PDF]
Sounds that move towards us have a greater biological salience than those that move away. Recent studies in human and non-human primates demonstrate a perceptual and behavioural priority for such looming sounds that is also reflected in an asymmetric ...

Testing spatial aspects of auditory salience [PDF]
Auditory salience describes the extent to which sounds attract the listener’s attention. So far, there have not been any published studies testing if the location of sound relative to the listener influences its salience. In fact, not many experiments in

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

Religious Identity and Economic Behavior [PDF]
We randomly vary religious identity salience in laboratory subjects to test how identity salience contributes to six hypothesized links from prior literature between religious identity and economic behavior. We find that religious identity salience makes

A new electrochemical system based on a microporous hybrid of carbon nanoplatelets and nanotubes to selectively capture Ni2+ from wastewater is constructed. The system temperature rises rapidly when irradiated with sunlight, which enhances the Ni2+ removal rate by 250% and the selectivity by 53%, and the energy consumption is also reduced by 51 ...

This study demonstrates coherent control of 15N nuclear spins coupled to VB−${\text{V}}_{\text{B}}^{-}$ centers in isotope‐enriched hexagonal boron nitride. Selective addressing via spin‐state mixing enables Rabi driving, quantum gates, and coherence times exceeding 10 μs$\umu{\rm s}$.
