Single‐cell and spatial profiling of 110 human thoracic aortic samples reveals a stromal–immune circuit driving aortic dissection. An elastin‐rich fibroblast subset is depleted with age and markedly reduced in disease, weakening aortic wall integrity.

Bionic Solar‐Powered Heavy Metal Trap for Eco‐Friendly Sludge Drying and Simultaneous Electricity Generation

Herein, we propose a solar‐powered heavy metal trap (SPHT) for sludge disposal. The indoor experiments demonstrated that the sludge water content decreased from 90 % to 31 %, coupled with a decrease in heavy metal content to 6 % at most. Natural Resistance to Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome in Estrildid Finches Reveals Macrophage GPR183 as a Potential Therapeutic Target

Ovarian macrophage depletion reverses OHSS resistance in estrildid finches and exacerbates OHSS symptoms in rats. Activating macrophage GPR183 alleviates OHSS by reducing pro‐inflammatory factors, increasing immunomodulatory molecules, remodeling CD44/SDC4‐mediated communication, and restoring immune homeostasis.

Pathogen‐Centric Activation of an Azoreductase‐Responsive Antibody‐Antibiotic Conjugate for the Targeted Eradication of MRSA

A pathogen‐centric antibody‐antibiotic conjugate (AZO‐AAC) releases antibiotics via bacterial azoreductase, independent of host‐lysosomal function. This mechanism achieves nanomolar eradication of both planktonic and intracellular methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

Rational Design of Weakly‐Solvating Molecules for Salt‐In‐Pre‐Ionic‐Liquid Electrolytes for Li Metal Batteries

The weakly‐solvating TFMSPyr electrolyte tailors the Li+ solvation structure by suppressing solvent coordination and promoting anion‐dominated solvation. This unique solvation environment induces preferential anion decomposition at electrode interfaces, forming robust inorganic rich S/CEI.
