ChemPlusChem, EarlyView.Fe and Cu exchanged natural clinoptilolites are evaluated as heterogeneous photo‐Fenton catalysts for water disinfection under visible light, using E. coli as a model pathogen. Bacterial detection limit is reached in 2 h, with no regrowth observed.
