Room‐temperature synthesis method of high‐entropy oxy‐sulfide (HEOS) is introduced. Compared to high‐entropy oxides (HEO), sulfur incorporation promotes oxygen vacancy stabilization and facilitates CC bond cleavage, improving efficiency of ethylene glycol electrooxidation to formic acid. Lower cell overall voltage enables sustainable plastic upcycling

Incorporating DAF Into Flocculation Process to Enhance Particle Removal During Intermittent Events
ABSTRACT This study compared a standard Direct Filtration process (DFSTD) with a similar process that incorporated dissolved air flotation into a flocculation basin (DFDAF) to mitigate the effect of particle loading events on filter run time and water quality.

This systematic review of 107 studies on the factors behind the elevational range limits of alpine vascular plants shows a persistent emphasis on upper limits and abiotic factors, especially temperature, while work at lower limits is more evenly distributed across water availability, plant–plant interactions, and selection/local adaptation.

The study focusses on the morphological evolution of worldwide restored intertidal flats. These intertidal flats initially experience high sedimentation rates after the opening of the connection with open waters. The anthropogenic structures cause high morphological instability and are eroded, leading to a self‐cannibalisation of the system.
