Extension Doping with Low‐Resistance Contacts for P‐Type Monolayer WSe2 Field‐Effect Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates both low‐resistance contacts and extension doping for p‐type monolayer WSe2 field‐effect transistors. The insertion of an amorphous monolayer WOxSey under evaporated metal contacts reduces the contact resistance by over an order of magnitude, achieving a low value of 1.2 ± 0.3 kΩ µm for monolayer WSe2.

Enhanced Percolation Effect in Sub‐100 Nm Nanograting Structure for High‐Performance Bending Insensitive Flexible Pressure Sensor

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A high‐performance, flexible capacitive pressure sensor with enhanced sensitivity and bending insensitivity is developed. Utilizing a sub‐100 nm valley nanograting structure, the sensor achieves a 4.2‐fold increase in capacitance change while maintaining stable performance under bending conditions.

Mechanism of Cationic Peptide‐Induced Assembly of Gold Nanoparticles: Modulation of Electrostatic Repulsion

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
Cationic peptides aggregate citrate‐capped gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), producing a colorimetric change. The figure highlights the interplay between the intermolecular attractive and repulsive forces governing the colloidal stability of the nanoparticles.

m6A Modulates RAN Translation From CAG Repeat Expansion RNA

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
We described a novel role of N6‐methyladenosine in promoting non‐canonical repeat‐associated non‐AUG translation from CAG repeat expansion RNA. ABSTRACT Nucleotide repeat expansions contribute to the development of a number of neurodegenerative diseases.
