1966Abstract : A practical heat-corrosion test, with respect to time, was designed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of various coated and noncoated muffler materials. Basically, the test is a modification of the Chrysler test used by industry. The duration of the test was shortened from 250 hours to 8 hours.
