A two‐dimensional multiscale finite element analysis framework was established for the first‐generation MoSiBTiC alloy, and the mechanical and fracture‐related parameters of the constituent phases were calibrated through experiments and simulations. The framework provides a basis for analyzing crack propagation behavior in its complex microstructure ...

Sample Path Properties of Self-Similar Processes with Stationary Increments
A real-valued process \(X=(X(t))_{t\in {\mathbb{R}}}\) is self-similar with exponent H (H-ss), if \(X(a\cdot)=_ da^ HX\) for all \(a>0\). Sample path properties of H-ss processes with stationary increments are investigated. The main result is that the sample paths have nowhere bounded variation if \(01\), in which case they are singular.

Hydrogen‐Assisted Fracture of Iron‐Based Fe–Ni–Al Alloys
Principal relations and fracture mechanisms of single‐phase and precipitate‐strengthened Fe–Ni–Al alloys subjected to prior electrochemical hydrogen charging are identified. The mechanisms of hydrogen effect on strength and microhardness are discussed, including hydrogen‐induced increase in microhardness and the role of hydrogen in fracture behavior ...

Multistable processes and localizability [PDF]
We use characteristic functions to construct alpha-multistable measures and integrals, where the measures behave locally like stable measures, but with the stability index alpha(x) varying with x.

A Lightweight Procedural Layer for Hybrid Experimental–Computational Workflows in Materials Science
We unveil a prototype hybrid‐workflow framework that fuses automatedcomputation with hands‐on experiments. Built atop pyiron, a lightweight, parameterized layer translates procedure descriptions into executable manual steps, syncing instrument settings, human interventions, and data capture in real‐time today.

Performance regulation of 3D-printed PA12 based on deep space extreme environment
PA12 material has good thermal stability and radiation resistance, and has broad application prospects in deep space manufacturing. However, PA12 materials prepared by fused deposition modeling (FDM) on the ground generally have structural defects such ...
