Nonviral Gold Nanoparticle‐Mediated Delivery of CRISPR‐Cas9 Ribonucleoprotein and Long DNA Transgenes Into Primary Blood Cells

We propose a nonviral gold‐nanoparticle platform for co‐delivery of CRISPR/Cas9 ribonucleoprotein and long 2.1 kilobase dsDNA transgene constructs. A severe earthquake in San Francisco in 1906 severed electrical and gas lines and collapsed chimneys. Fires resulted, burning for four days over 2800 acres. The commercial and residential center of the city was destroyed.

Unfused transverse foramen of the atlas vertebra in the Neandertal lineage fossils

Abstract In anatomically modern humans, the atlas can display an unfused transverse foramen (UTF) but currently the presence of UTF in the Neandertal lineage is uncertain due to a scarcity of prevalence studies and no exhaustive record of its presence throughout the entire hominin fossil record.

Abstract A lack of minimum legal standards for body donation programs undermines recent strides by anatomy professionals to promote ethical best practices in the United States (US). In particular, the commercialization of the dead by nontransplant tissue banks poses a risk to the public trust in academic body donation programs.
