PRELID1 and VDAC3 Coordinate a Senescence‐Like State in Germinal Center B Cells to Promote IL‐7–Driven Antitumor Immunity in Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal cancer is characterized by an immunosuppressive microenvironment that limits immunotherapy efficacy. We identify a senescence‐like state in germinal center B cells driven by the PRELID1–VDAC3 axis, which promotes IL‐7 secretion, alleviates CD8+ T‐cell exhaustion, and enhances antitumor immunity. GHRHR Deficiency Enhances Retinal Ganglion Cell Survival and Visual Functions in Experimental Glaucoma by Inhibiting Ferroptosis

Glaucoma, a major cause of blindness, involves retinal ganglion cell (RGC) degeneration. This study shows growth hormone‐releasing hormone receptor (GHRHR) deficiency preserves RGC survival and restores vision, unlike activation which only aids survival.
