Allergy, EarlyView. In bronchial biopsies, SASP and p53 pathway enrichment scores are elevated in severe asthma versus non‐severe asthma and healthy controls. SASP enrichment is validated in the independent NOVA cohort. SASP enrichment is also elevated in nasal brushings of participants with nasal polyps, independently of asthma status.Woo‐Jung Song, Nazanin Zounemat Kermani, Ali Versi, Stephany Sánchez‐Ovando, Jodie Louise Simpson, Peter A. Brain Pathology, EarlyView.Untargeted multiomic profiling of cerebrospinal fluid reveals that proteomic, but not lipidomic, signatures robustly distinguish ALS patients from controls and stratify individuals by survival, highlighting marked molecular differences between short survival and long survival disease.Sergio Roca‐Pereira, Yaiza López‐Sampere, Pol Mengod‐Soler, Mario Peña‐Fonteboa, Carla Marco, Alejandro Caravaca‐Puchades, Raúl Domínguez, Juan Francisco Vázquez‐Costa, Enrique Santamaría, Joaquín Fernández‐Irigoyen, María J. British Journal of Pharmacology, EarlyView. Background and Purpose
α‐Synucleinopathies are neurodegenerative disorders characterized by the aggregation and propagation of misfolded α‐synuclein. In Parkinson's disease (PD), the most common α‐synucleinopathy, the progression of motor and nonmotor deficits, and dopaminergic neuron loss, are closely linked to the spreading of misfolded α‐synuclein ...Alberto Santiago‐Balmaseda, Marcos M.
