Two SAOR Iterative Formats for Solving Linear Complementarity Problems [PDF]
In this paper, we propose two new iterative SAOR methods to solve the linear complementarity problem. Some sufficient conditions for the convergence of two new iterative methods are presented, when the system matrix M is an M-matrix. Moreover, when M is an L-matrix, we discuss the monotone convergence of the new methods.

N-complexes as functors, amplitude cohomology and fusion rules [PDF]
We consider N-complexes as functors over an appropriate linear category in order to show first that the Krull-Schmidt Theorem holds, then to prove that amplitude cohomology only vanishes on injective functors providing a well defined functor on the ...

The first Hochschild cohomology group of a schurian cluster-tilted algebra [PDF]
Given a cluster-tilted algebra B we study its first Hochschild cohomology group HH1(B) with coefficients in the B-B-bimodule B. We find several consequences when B is representation-finite, and also in the case where B is cluster-tilted of type Ã.Fil ...

Saor Crimp - Eight Die 3D Printable Radial Force Tester
3D printable radial force tester, developed in Lally Lab TCD. The device can be pinned directly to a Zwick uniaxial tester to perform radial force testing. The diameter of the crimping chamber is directly proportional to the crosshead position, allowing for easy calibration.

On the Two SAOR Iterative Formats for Solving Linear Complementarity Problems [PDF]
Han et.al have applied two SAOR splitting formats for solving the linear complementarity problem. We improve them by introducing a class of preconditioners based on the SAOR methods. The convergences of the modified methods have been analyzed. We also show the applicability of the methods by numerical example.

Load Balancing Opportunistic Routing for Cognitive Radio Ad Hoc Networks
Recent research activities have shown that opportunistic routing can achieve considerable performance gains in Cognitive Radio Ad hoc Networks (CRAHNs). Most of these studies focused on designing appropriate metrics to select and prioritize the forwarding candidates.

Non-adaptive and adaptive SAOR-CG algorithms
The paper is concerned with an improvement of the SAOR method for the iterative solution of large linear systems. Two versions of CG (conjugate gradient) acceleration of the SAOR method are proposed. In the non- adaptive version of the SAOR-CG algorithm the SAOR parameters \(\gamma\),\(\omega\) are fixed while in the adaptive version they are ...

Efficient Utilization of Waste Carbon Source for Advanced Nitrogen Removal of Landfill Leachate
A modified single sequencing batch reactor (SBR) was developed to remove the nitrogen of the real landfill leachate in this study. To take the full advantage of the SBR, stir phase was added before and after aeration, respectively. The new mechanism in this experiment could improve the removal of nitrogen efficiently by the utilization of carbon source
